HOW TO COMPLAIN AGAINST GUARANTEES BY COMPANIES AND IS ABOUT FAILING

HOW TO COMPLAIN AGAINST GUARANTEES BY COMPANIES AND IS ABOUT FAILING
Guarantees certainly look very pretty.some of them even sound like quite reassuring. But they don’t mean very much, because the Supply of Goods (implied Terms)Act, in all country is the best guarantee of all.your rights in law are protected whatever the guarantee says. The guarantee, for instance ,may say that the manufacturers will replace any defective part free of charge, but you will have to pay the labour charge.YOU DON’T
It may say you have to pay for ‘postage ,packing and transportation’ again if it has to be returned to the factory you don’t.
Your contract is with the seller and not the manufacturer, and if the seller or the manufacturer tries to pull a fast one on you, tell them where to get off.
But fill in and send off the guarantee card ,anyway. It give you extra protection and it can’t take away your right you already have
